TPO cell of Patel Institute of Management and Technology has a structured interface to help students to shift smoothly and confidently from their classrooms to the corporate world. We are committed to deliver education through ever evolving teaching methods. The idea is clear and simple - TO EXPOSE OUR STUDENTS TO PREVALING CORPORATE TRENDS. We think that a systematic intervention is required so that the college offer more values. We impart Personality development and deportment modules to tap the full potentials of students. We provide a creative and supportive environment for ideas to generate, flourish and enable a diverse and dynamic learning environment. The essence of Education is to create, integrate and disseminate better understanding of the world around us through knowledge.

Aim of TPO Cell

Our aim is to provide students real time Training in state – of-the-art industrial and business environments. We prepare our students for critical thinking, problem solving, solution offering and innovative skills. TPO cell endeavors to empower youth and help them achieve excellence in all spheres of life.

Placement Process Conference and guest lectures

• The placement department sends placement invitation letters to the companies enclosing a brief summary of the courses available at Patel Memorial National College.


• The Placement Performa (PFA) is required to be filled in by the company. The completed form along with a brief company profile, job profile and details about campus recruitment drive is to be sent by the company to the Placement Office.


• The company can visit the campus for a Pre-Placement Talk either before the selection processes or can combine it with the final recruitment.


• On receiving information file, the placement office announces the requirements of the company, asking interested students to submit their resumes, which are then handed over to the company.


• A mutually convenient date is finalized for the selection process/ recruitment drive.


• The company is required to furnish the final list of students preferably on the same day, or as soon as possible, after completion of the selection process.


• The offer letters need to be sent to the Placement Office for handing over to the students. Offer acceptances (from the students) received, will be sent to the company by the Placement Office.

Training and Placement cell has organized Placement drives, Workshops and Industrial visit for MCA and MBA in the session 2018-19. Dr. Rimpi Walia (Director PIMT) said it would be our privilege to contribute meaningfully to the development of our students through such workshops and seminars. The following is the list of the workshops, Placement drives and Industrial visit being organized by Ms. Bipender Kaur (TPO) for MBA and MCA classes. Workshops and Seminars are organized on campus; it gives an opportunity to the students to listen to the words of wisdom of great visionaries.
